Terms & Conditions – EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER

Welcome to EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER. By enrolling in our courses, attending classes, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.

  • Seats in group classes are subject to availability.

  • For minors, enrollment must be done by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Class Attendance & Participation

  • Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure maximum progress.

  • Students are expected to participate actively and respectfully in class activities.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the course.

3. Free Trial Policy

  • A Free 7-Day Trial is available for new students.

  • After the trial period, students must confirm enrollment and complete payment to continue classes.

  • Trial classes have the same rules of conduct as regular classes.

4. Course Fees & Payments

  • Payments must be made on time according to the selected course plan (monthly / weekly / custom).

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

  • EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER does not store sensitive banking or card information.

5. Class Schedule & Timing

  • Classes are held daily. Students may join anytime based on availability.

  • Class timings may change based on batch adjustments or holidays; students will be informed in advance.

  • Makeup classes may be offered if the center reschedules or cancels a session.

6. 1-on-1 and Group Class Rules Group Classes

  • Group size is kept small for better learning quality.

  • Students must maintain respectful behavior toward classmates and instructors.

1-on-1 Classes

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are considered completed and non-refundable.

7. Learning Materials

  • EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER may provide books, worksheets, or digital materials.

  • Copying, sharing, or distributing learning materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

All students must:

  • Speak respectfully with teachers and classmates

  • Maintain discipline inside the center

  • Avoid using abusive language or disruptive behavior

  • Follow center rules regarding mobile phone use in class

  • Respect center property and equipment

The center may take appropriate actions, including warnings or suspension, for rule violations.

9. Use of Photos & Videos

  • We may capture photos or videos during classes or events for educational or promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing.

10. Safety & Security

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The center is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

  • For minors, parents/guardians must ensure safe drop-off and pick-up.

11. Privacy Policy

All personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share student data with unauthorized parties.

12. Center Authority Rights

EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER reserves the right to:

  • Change instructors, class timings, or syllabus when necessary

  • Update fees, courses, or policies with prior notice

  • Deny enrollment or remove any student violating rules or policies

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in EDULEAM LEARNING CENTER, attending classes, or using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

  • You will follow all rules and policies of the learning center

  • Parents/guardians agree on behalf of minors they enroll
